A fully automated process, the Dieboard Creator will simultaneously add and position all the necessary elements, including stripping knives, balancing knives, and gripper fingers, to help users produce high quality dies every time.

Impact is installed with an extensive range of pre-defined machine settings from all of the industry's leading press manufacturers, i.e. Bobst, Sanwa etc. These machine settings are fully customisable, which means that users can also easily add their own. Customer specifications can be stored and reused, providing maximum productivity and guaranteed quality control.

When using Dieboard Creator to create die board geometry, the layout is analysed to ensure that it meets the minimum and maximum requirements of the machine. If it doesn't, users are informed immediately and can take whatever course of action is necessary to resolve the problem.

Dieboard Creator also contains symbol patterns. Symbol patterns are a powerful mechanism, which enable the automatic placement and positioning of elements, such as mounting holes, hand holes, laser burn text, logos, gripper finger positions, and die edge name blocks, etc. Collision checking is available and guarantees that only non-interfering symbols are included.
