The Impact Rubber Creator is the most powerful, automated tool available for creating rubber for flatbed and rotary dies, and for nesting the sections efficiently for output. In fact, a complete nested job can be ready for output in just a few minutes!

Rubber types are individually specified and include parameters that guarantee accurate creation and positioning. Individual rubber types are assigned to the one-up interior, waste areas, perimeter, and profile areas. Masks can are configured for the counter profiles, counter holes, and any other symbol geometry to ensure that rubber blocks do not interfere.

If required, the Impact Rubber Creator will automatically place separators on each rubber piece at a specified size and interval to facilitate optimal ejection performance. User-defined splits can be added to automaticaly break large rubber pieces and make the nesting more efficient.

Individual rubber sections are numbered automatically. Identical rubber sections within a layout will share the same number, which enables the easy global editing of replicated shapes. Complete editing functionality is available to override rubber blocks. The rubber straighten feature allows the fast placement of V-notches in the corners of rubber blocks, so they can be more tightly nested in the rubber layout.

You can even use up those costly offcuts of rubber sheeting lying around your die shop, because Rubber Creator's fully adjustable nesting settings allow you to define the area you want to nest in.

Finished rubber sections can be output to sample maker or water jet.
