Drupa success

Drupa 2012 proved a resounding success for Arden Software, as it continues to build the profile of its business and products amongst members of the global packaging industry. We would like to thank everybody who took the time to visit our stand.
The company’s growing reputation as a developer of some of the packaging industry’s most innovative software solutions came recently when the company was presented with the 2011 Association of Independent Corrugated Converters, Board Converting News and Corrugated Today Innovator of the Year award for its ground breaking project lifecycle and workflow management solution, WEBcnx.
Throughout Drupa 2012, Arden Software showcased the next generation of WEBcnx, along with its market leading Impact CAD/CAM application and Impact Enterprise solution, which provides centralised support for multiple Impact databases across multiple locations and enables structural designers to share drawings across an organisation, regardless of their location.
Visitors to Arden Software’s stand were able to preview a number of new WEBcnx developments, including the addition of a Supply Chain Management module, which enables packaging companies to introduce supply chain planning and execution capabilities across its business through the use of advanced bar code technology; and a Planning & Scheduling module, which allows the allocation and monitoring of design tasks to prevent project conflicts, under-utilisation and bottlenecks.
A new version of the Impact structural design, product development, virtual 3D sampling and die making application Impact was also previewed. Impact 2013, due for release later this year, includes many new feature enhancements, including vastly improved graphics handling and a completely new dynamic stripping tool.
