ArtTrace

Impact’s ArtTrace feature enables users to draw an outline shape around an imported or scanned-in artwork.  ArtTrace controls the process of vectorisation through the application of user-definable settings that are programmed to reflect the nature of the subject artwork i.e. lineart, photography etc.  Smoothing of the resultant geometry can be applied automatically or manually and used to create print accurate cut-outs and headers, for example.
