Dieboard Creator

Dieboard Creator contains a wide range of options that enable users to create die board geometry quickly and accurately.  A fully automated process;  the Dieboard Creator simultaneously adds and positions all elements, including stripping knives, balancing knives, and gripper fingers, to help users produce high quality dies every time.

Impact is installed with an extensive range of pre-defined machine settings from all of the industry’s leading press manufacturers, i.e. Bobst, Sanwa etc.  These machine settings are fully customisable, which means that users can also easily add their own.  Customer specifications can be stored and reused, providing maximum productivity and guaranteed quality control.

Dieboard Creator also contains symbol patterns.  Symbol patterns are a powerful mechanism, which enable the automatic placement and positioning of mounting holes, hand holes, laser burn text, logos, gripper finger positions, and die edge name blocks, etc.  Collision checking is available and guarantees that only non-interfering symbols are included.  Dieboard Creator processes each symbol pattern in a specified order ensuring none of the components are ever missed.
