Rubber Creator

Rubber Creator enables users to produce CAD-accurate ejection rubber sections for flatbed and rotary dies.

Rubber types are individually specified and include parameters that guarantee accurate creation and positioning.  Masks can be configured to ensure that rubber blocks do not interfere with counter profiles, counter holes and other symbol geometry.

Rubber Creator allows users to position separators on each rubber piece at a specified size and distance to facilitate optimal ejection performance.  User-defined splits can be added to break large rubber pieces and make nesting more efficient.

Rubber sections are individually numbered and identical rubber sections within a layout will share the same number for the easy editing of replicated shapes.  The rubber straighten feature allows the fast placement of V-notches in the corners of rubber blocks to improve nesting efficiency.

Finished rubber sections can be output to sample maker or water jet.
