Stripper Creator

Stripper Creator combines intelligence and automation to deliver the fast creation of male and female stripping jigs, and front edge waste separators.

Users can set up and store a limitless number of stripper settings and use them repeatedly, safe in the knowledge that consistency is guaranteed.  Internal waste areas are generated with the single click of a mouse and automatically position stripping pins, knives, wooden blocks, or a combination of all three, within the defined areas.  The male editor tool allows users to preview and apply modifications quickly to specific waste areas, simultaneously replicating any changes to all identical areas once approved.

The creation of upper and lower perimeter stripping boards is fully automated with Impact Stripper Creator and placement of the alignment notch, support pins, and air holes using customisable, rules based press specifications, ensures accurate and speedy application time and again.  Breakers can be added to allow for riding/carrier knives where there are large holes in the female board and power stripping restrictions/interferences can be added to maximise on-press performance.

Male, female, and front edge waste separator geometry is created on separate Impact project layers, which allows for fast editing and accurate output to post-processing.  Layers can also be viewed simultaneously to check for registration and quality control.
