The Arden Software Training Academy

The Arden Software Training Academy offers a range of courses that are guaranteed to ensure employees return to work with increased levels of skill and confidence to help them exploit the many benefits of the Impact system, make the most of their career aspirations and fulfil the business objectives of their employers.

All courses are delivered by experienced training officers who know the ins and outs of the software.  They take place in a dedicated, quiet environment, without any interruptions from colleagues and customers.  The academy is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and makes use of Impact license server technology to allow trainees to switch between any of the products in the Impact range instantly. 

Lunch is provided and refreshments are available throughout the day.

On-site Training

On-site training is available. 

Remote Training

In certain circumstances training via web technology may be an option in relation to subjects that require limited assistance.

Downloadable Video Tutorials

Downloadable video tutorials are available to all customers at the www.impactcad.net (ICN) support and download website.  This aspect of ICN is chargeable on a pay-as-you-go basis.  However, the majority of videos are available free of charge to Impacct users with a valid software maintenance contract.
