Arden Software will preview the next era of packaging design technology at our upcoming user conference this summer.
The Arden Software Peak Performance Conference (APPC) takes place in Park City, Utah, from 14-17 June, bringing together packaging professionals to provide a hands-on learning and training experience.
This year’s attendees will get an exclusive first look behind the scenes at Arden’s next-generation software platform, which is currently in active development.
This bold initiative is redefining the future of Arden’s product portfolio – modernising how solutions are designed, tested, translated and delivered. Attendees will be among the very first to see this transformative platform in the making, offering a glimpse into the next era of packaging design and workflow.
Jim Silianoff, president and CEO of Arden Software North America, said: “We’re incredibly excited to share a first look at our next-generation software platform – this is more than just a significant step forward; it’s a game-changing evolution for Arden and the packaging industry.
“With AI now embedded at the core of our innovation strategy, we’re fundamentally transforming how packaging is designed, engineered, and produced. We’re not just evolving our software, we’re rethinking how it’s built, delivered and experienced by our customers, with a unified, intelligent ecosystem that connects design through to manufacturing.”
Visitors can look forward to finding out more about the latest release of Arden’s flagship packaging design software – Impact, alongside the wider Arden product suite including WEBcnx, nServer, and Enterprise, all widely used by packaging designers, die-makers and converters around the world.
The latest Impact release (Impact 2026) harnesses the power of AI for the first time with the introduction of ‘Design Similarity’ – the inaugural feature within the new Shape Similarity suite of AI-powered features.
Design Similarity allows Impact users to effortlessly locate existing design matches within their database, delivering valuable time and cost savings by reusing previous designs. Using a highly trained machine learning (ML) model, the system can search across even the largest design databases in seconds, returning accurate results based not just on similar design profile, but also configurable differences in scale and proportion.
The conference will also introduce perFORMance – Arden’s new ERP system for die shop management, providing integrated job tracking, estimating, scheduling and shop-floor visibility fully connected with Impact CAD.
Jim added: “APPC has always been about more than training – it’s a chance to see the future of packaging design in action. Attendees will get hands-on with our latest software solutions, learn tips and insights from our expert Arden team, and hear from our integration partners about how workflows can be extended even further. It’s a unique opportunity to gain insider knowledge that adds real value to their business and products.
“At APPC 2026, attendees will experience the power of our integrated solutions across the full four-day event, including perFORMance, our next-generation ERP platform for die-making. Together with Impact and WEBcnx, this creates a fully connected workflow from concept to production, something that is truly redefining operational efficiency and visibility for our customers.”
Leading figures from the packaging, carton and corrugated sectors including designers, die-makers, CAD experts, technicians, brand owners, sign makers and converters, are expected to gather at APPC 2026 to discover the latest innovations in Arden’s packaging design software and solutions.
Integration partners HYBRID Software and Zünd Swiss Cutting Systems will also be in attendance, demonstrating how their technologies extend Arden’s product capabilities to create connected, efficient workflows from design through to production.
