Following the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, Arden Software would like to reassure all our customers, partners and stakeholders that we are still operational.
We have a robust contingency plan in place and will endeavour to continue to provide an effective level of service to customers as the situation develops.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers, partners and colleagues around the world remains our priority, and we are continuing to follow and adhere to the advice set out by the World Health Organisation and the relevant Government bodies. As a result, all but essential travel will of course be avoided at this time in affected regions, opting instead to provide remote solutions.
To support our customers’ expected need for remote or home working in countries affected by Covid-19, additional and more flexible licence options will be made immediately available for all customers, which will be offered free of charge for those with an active software maintenance contract (SMC).
