We have teams around the world and are looking for a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join one of our growing European divisions based in Nurtingen, Germany.

Technical support engineer

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical support and trouble-shooting to our new and existing customer accounts across our software products
• Delivering software training for customers including online, at customer sites and in-house at our brand-new European training centre
• Configuration and installation of our software according to customer requirements
• Programming of macros/scripts or plugins according to customer specifications.

Job requirements

• Qualified in a relevant IT or software subject
• Knowledge of one of the areas of SQL databases, network or HTML
• An interest in programming in VBS, VB.NET or C#
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written
• A good communicator with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
• A willingness to travel

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Technischer Support unserer Softwareprodukte.
• Softwareschulungen für unsere Kunden (im Haus / Online / vor Ort)
• Konfiguration der Software zur Ansteuerung von Produktionsmaschine
• Programmierung von Makros/Scrips oder Plugins nach Kundenspezifikation.

Ihren Qualfifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld
• Kenntnisse in einem der Bereiche SQL-Datenbanken, Netzwerk oder HTML
• Interesse an Programmierung in VBS, VB.NET oder C#
• Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Engagement
• Reisebereitschaft
